POPI Compliance

From 1 July 2021, the long-awaited South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) will come into effect.

Compliance with the POPI Act requires us to ensure that those we communicate with have opted to receive our messages, and this includes individuals who have subscribed to receive website alerts to the latest published information.

If you would like to continue to receive website alerts, we require your permission to keep you on our database.

You can provide us with your permission by subscribing by 30 June 2021.
